Special Projects Assistant
Reports to: Director of Operations
Summary
The Happy Hearts Fund is seeking an intern to help HHF positively impact the lives of children around the world that have survived natural disasters. HHF is a non-profit organization with a mission is to improve children's lives through educational and sustainable programs in natural disaster areas. Our projects are located in countries through out the world. Each project/partnering organization is in the process of becoming self-sustaining as they carry out their work.
Description
HHF is seeking an intern that can serve behind the scenes through providing assistance with database entry, organize documents and data, research areas of interest and assist with writing as needed, perform errands and have a strong eye for detail.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be an effective multi-tasker
- Possess strong communication skills and handle multiple projects in a growing small non-profit
- Have strong writing skills and web management knowledge
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- In the process of obtaining Bachelor's degree or equivalent education & work experience
- Expert proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Internet
- Strong teamwork, project management skills and communication skills?
- Great sense of ownership, responsibility and attention to detail?
- We are flexible on days of week and hours and can discuss availability when you apply
